Our mission grew from personal experience and a desire to help families feel empowered, informed, and supported while navigating life with a disability.

My name is Alexandria, and I am the founder of Empowerment Family Services,Inc. As a mother of four children, including children with additional support needs, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate appointments, evaluations, paperwork, services, and decisions about your child's future.

I know what it feels like to search for answers, try to understand complicated systems, and wonder whether you are doing enough for your family. Sometimes, what families need most is someone who will listen, help them understand their options, and walk alongside them as they figure out the next steps.

That experience inspired me to build the kind of support I wish more families had access to compassionate, practical guidance that recognizes both the challenges families face and the strengths they bring to the journey.

Through Empowerment Family Services, Inc my goal is to help families find resources, navigate systems, ask informed questions, and feel more confident advocating for the people they love. You do not have to have everything figured out before asking for support.
